Can I use a photo taken with my phone?
Yes, that's the normal way. Stand in front of a plain wall with daylight on your face, no hat or glasses, and have someone shoot straight on at eye level. The crop, the background and the measurements are on us.
Is it valid for the official application?
We prepare it with the measurements, background and framing published by the issuing authority for each document. The final call always belongs to whoever receives it at the counter, so we won't promise what isn't ours to promise: we give you the correct photo and the check of every requirement.
How much is it?
$0.99 for the first photo. You see the finished result before paying, so you know exactly what you're getting. Human review is an optional $4.99 extra.
What exactly do I get?
The digital file at the exact size your document requires, ready to upload to the online application, plus a 4×6 in sheet with several copies to print at any photo shop or kiosk.
Do I need a printer or a special camera?
No. Just the phone you already have. If you need it on paper, take the 4×6 sheet to print wherever you like — it costs about a dollar.
How long does it take?
The photo is ready minutes after you upload it. If you add human review, we confirm within 24 hours.
What happens to my photo?
It's used to prepare your order and nothing else. We don't sell it, we don't train anything on it, and you can ask us to delete it whenever you want.
